Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 509 (2015)

JEANNEAU SUN ODYSSEY 509 – 2015 |  5 CABINS / 3 HEADS |

This a spacious Philippe Briand-designed Sun Odyssey 509 configured for large-family cruising, Mediterranean living and charter-style flexibility. Her five-cabin, three-head arrangement is complemented by twin helms, a wide cockpit, generous deck access and a bright saloon.

Highlights;

  • New Yanmar 4JH80 80 hp diesel installed in 2025; only at 178 hours by
  • Septmeber 2026 – – Yanmar SD60-4 saildrive
  • 2 x Tommatech 430 watt multi-panel solar installation in 2025
  • Highfield CL 260 dinghy with outboard
  • Quick bow-thruster control
  • Bimini and sprayhood
  • Jabsco Electric Heads

The yacht offers the volume and practical deck plan for which the Sun Odyssey 509 is well known. Her cockpit has twin steering positions, substantial seating, a central cockpit table and protected companionway beneath tan canvas. Below deck, the saloon, galley and multiple guest cabins provide excellent accommodation for family use or continued commercial operation. The 2025 engine replacement is the central mechanical advantage of this yacht and significantly reduces one of the principal concerns normally associated with a former charter vessel of this age.

 The sellers are highly motivated and are ready welcome serious, realistic offers of geniune buyers upon a viewing . The boat appears structurally and mechanically serviceable from the information supplied, while her interior and some exterior finishes show cosmetic wear consistent with previous charter use. She should therefore appeal to a buyer who values a recent main engine, substantial accommodation and cruising equipment over a cosmetically perfect presentation.

Early viewings are strongly recommended.

Currently availabe for pre-inspection in southern Turkey.
