2012 HANSE 445 — FOUR CABINS, TWO HEADS VERSION

Offering generous accommodation, twin helm stations and recent sail and canvas renewals, this 2012 Hanse 445 is an appealing choice for larger families, groups of friends and buyers considering extended stays aboard. Her practical four-cabin, two-head layout provides separate sleeping accommodation alongside comfortable shared living spaces.

Currently operated under charter management, she also offers potential for buyers wishing to combine personal sailing holidays with charter income, subject to suitable management arrangements and applicable requirements.

Recent investment includes a new bimini and sprayhood in April 2023, a new mainsail, headsail and lazy bag in March 2025, and a solar installation in July 2026. These upgrades add to her appeal for Mediterranean cruising, with sheltered cockpit seating, renewed sails and supplementary battery charging.

Below deck, timber joinery and grey upholstery create a welcoming saloon, with a substantial dining table, a dedicated navigation desk and an L-shaped galley beside the companionway. Four cabins and two heads make sharing the yacht practical, whether for family holidays, cruising with friends or life aboard. Equipment shown includes Raymarine electronics, a Tecnopoint portable cooler and a Honda 2.3 outboard.

On deck, the spacious cockpit, twin steering positions and fold-down bathing platform provide an inviting setting for sailing, swimming and relaxing at anchor. Her presentation shows wear to some timber surfaces and cockpit decking, consistent with a used cruising yacht.

Offered at €119,000, she merits consideration by buyers seeking a spacious cruising yacht with recent upgrades and the flexibility of private or charter use.
