Our Yacht

Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45 (2007)

Broker’s Description;

We are pleased to offer this privately used 2007 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45 Designed by Philippe Briand and Jeanneau Design, she combines a generous cruising interior with twin wheel steering and a cockpit well suited to Mediterranean life aboard.

Her original Yanmar 75 hp turbocharged diesel has approximately 632 hours, confirmed by the seller as genuine hours since new. This unusually low reported use is complemented by a practical cruising inventory including a Max Power bow thruster, Raymarine navigation instruments and autopilot, 250 W of solar panels and a Xantrex 1,800 W sine wave inverter.

One of her most useful features is the adaptable forward accommodation. The spacious forward cabin can be divided into two separate cabins using the partition panel supplied with the yacht, providing a choice of three or four cabins. A long galley, sociable saloon, two heads compartments, shaded cockpit and foredeck sun cushions add to her appeal as a family cruising yacht.

For buyers seeking the space of a 45-foot yacht with private use and low original engine hours, she merits a viewing.

Please contact us  for further details and to arrange an appointment.
